FRACTALIZED T-sirts at commmonsmart

少し前からcommmonsmartでFRACTALIZED T-shirtsの予約が始まりました。発売はアルバムと同日の2010年1月27日です。アルバムのカヴァーに使用している写真３枚を使ってT-shirtsを作ってみました。自分でも凄く気に入ってて、テストで作ってもらった２枚を着まくってて早速１枚紛失しました。どこ置いてきてもうたんやろか。。　このT-shirtの実現にあたってお手伝いをいただいた水谷さんとcommmonsに感謝の気持をお伝えしたい。これからも僕の写真T-shirtsシリーズを続けていきたいと思ってます。気に入ってもらえますように。

commmons staredt to accept orders for FRACTALIZED T-shirts at commmonsmart. These three photos are also used on the cover art for my next release "FRACTALIZED". I'd like to thank you to Mizutani-san and commmons for helping me to realize this project. We're planning to make more T-shirts with my photos from now. Please check it. I hope you enjoy them.

YOKOHAMA PHOTO festival

2010年1月13日からYOKOHAMA PHOTO festivalのキックオフイベントが始まります。最終日17日13:00~から横浜赤レンガ倉庫１号館で行われるSlideshow & Talkに参加させていただく事になりました。雑誌などでいただいた仕事を除いて、自分の写真作品をblog以外で発表させていただくのは初めてなので感動です。このチャンスをくださったPHOTOGRAPHICA誌編集長の沖本さんとYOKOHAMA PHOTO festival関係者の皆さんに心から感謝します。めっちゃ嬉しい。。ほんまにラッキー、、

The kick-off event of YOKOHAMA PHOTO festival will start from 13th of January 2010. and they gave me a chance to join Slideshow&Talk event on 17th of January 2010 13:00~. It's my first opportunity to show my photo works except my blog and I'm really happy about it. AOKI takamasa "FRACTALIZED" (CD)
2010 / 27th January on sale : commmons

2010年1月27日に、僕の新しい作品"FRACTALIZED"がcommmonsからリリースされます。少し前にもお伝えしましたが、このアルバムは僕が2003~2009年にやらせていただいたremixを集めたものです。半野喜弘さん、sketch show, 坂本龍一さん、HASYMOの作品のリミックスと、自分の曲を自分でremixした作品が収録されています。チャンスがあったら是非デッカイ音で聴いてみてください。このチャンスをくださったcommmonsと、オリジナルのremixのチャンスをくださった半野喜弘さん、細野晴臣さん、 高橋幸宏さん、坂本龍一さんに心から感謝の気持をお伝えしたい。ありがとうございます。cover artの写真は自分で撮ったものを使用して、今回もデザインはraster notonのnibo君が素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。nibo君、ありがとう。
下記のmoreにkohei terazono (PICASSO) が書いてくれたpress releaseを貼っておきますので、そちらも是非。zono、いつも素晴らしい文章を本当にありがとう。

My new album "FRACTALIZED" will be released on commmons on 27th of January 2010. This album consist of remixes which i did in 2003~2009. it has 9 remixes of Yoshihiro HANNO (RADIQ), sketch show, Ryuichi Sakamoto and HASYMO's songs and also my self-remixes too. Please check it when you have a chance. I'd like to thank you to commmons who planed this project and Yoshihiro HANNO-san, Haruomi Hosono-san, Yukihiro Takahashi-san and Ryuichi Sakamoto-san who gave me this amazing chance to remix their original songs. I used photos which i took on cover art and nibo from raster noton did amazing job for the cover design. thank you nibo-kun.

STUDIO VOICE ONLINEで、Bajune Tobetaさんがインタビューをしてくださいました。Tobetaさんが１月にリリースされる作品に１曲参加させていただいたこともあって、今回のチャンスをいただくことができました。このチャンスをくださったTobetaさんとSTUDIO VOICE ONLINEに感謝したい。ありがとうございました。

I had a chance to have an interview by a musician Bajune Tobeta-san on STUDIO VOICE ONLINE. I had a chance to work with him on one of the songs from his new album which is planning to be released in January 2010, and this time he gave me this opportunity. 坂本龍一さんは今ちょうどヨーロッパツアーの真っ最中。先月ベルリンでそのツアーのリハーサルとコンサートの撮影のチャンスをいただけました。この素晴らしいチャンスをくださった坂本さんに心から感謝したいです。間近で坂本さんのピアノを聴きながら写真を撮れるなんて、ホンマにラッキー。今まで坂本さんの音楽はCDでしか聴いた事がなかったんですが、今回リハーサルとコンサートに同行させていただいて、ご本人にお会いした上でその場で実際に鳴るピアノ音を体感できた事で、また今までとは全く違った次元の理解を得る事ができた。美しかった。。感動でした。坂本さん、本当にありがとうございました。楽しかった！残りのツアーも素晴らしいものになりますように。

Now Ryuichi Sakamoto-san is in the middle of his Europe tour. Last month I had a chance to shoot him during his rehearsal and concert in Berlin. I'd like to thank you to Sakamoto-san for giving me this amazing opportunity. I was super lucky that i had a chance to shoot him in really close distance while he was playing a piano. I had only listened to his music on CDs before, but this time i met him in front of me listening his real piano sound gave me another dimension of understanding about his music. it was really really beautiful.. Thank you so much Sakamoto-san!

先日の東京でのDE LA FANTASIA、大阪のgrasshopperの両パーティに来てくださった皆さんと、オーガナイザの皆さん全員に感謝したい。両方とも最高に楽しかった。特に大阪のgrasshopperは強烈でした。clapperの音はやっぱり大好きです！タイトに暖かくてパワフルに鳴ってくれるからずっと聴いてても疲れないし、解像度が高いから一つ一つの音の輪郭もはっきり感じる事ができる。セットアップがバッチリ決まったレーシングカーをドライブする気分です。した事ないけど。とにかくたまらんです。Kohei (PICASSO), yoshiki, Ko-JAX(PICASSO), このメンバーでのパーティーはホンマに最高。最初から最後までフロアから離れたくない。RESPECT! また一緒にやりたい。

I'd like to thank you to everybody who came DE LA FANTASIA in Tokyo and grasshopper in Osaka, and also thanks to everybody who involved in these two parties. They were both amazing parties. Especially i enjoyed grasshopper in my home town Osaka. I really love the sound system in Clapper. it fits to my sound a lot. Playing in clapper is like driving a racing car with perfect set up. I've never done it before though ;-) it was extremely fun to play with my favorite DJs Kohei (PICASSO), yoshiki, Ko-JAX(PICASSO). I love them all, amazing people. RESPECT! I really didn't want to leave from the floor.

11月14日に発売されるSound&Recording誌の取材に写真で参加させていただきました。
ドイツの高解像度スピーカーメイカーのMUSIKELECTRONIC GEITHAINのファクトリーを訪問させていただいて、そこの写真を撮らせていただきました。この素晴らしいチャンスをくださったSound&Recording誌と編集長の國崎さん、ドイツ語の通訳をしてくれた宮崎申太郎君、それと僕達を暖かい対応で迎えてくれたGEITHAINの皆さんに心から感謝の気持ちをお伝えしたい。貴重な経験をさせていただきました。社長さんも社員の皆さんも非常に志が高くて、純粋に音楽が好きでスピーカを作っているという彼らの真っすぐなモチベーションに感動しました。ハンドメイド万歳。製品というよりも作品。大量生産品と違って生産者の純粋な気持ちとエネルギーがこもっている。

I had a chance to work as a photographer with a Japanese music magazine Sound&Recording for their next issue which is going to be released on 14th of November. We visited the factory of MUSIKELECTRONIC GEITHAIN who produce high resolution speakers in Germany. I'd like to thank you to Sound&Recording magazine, also chief editor Mr.Kunisaki, Shintaro Miyazaki who worked as an interpreterand and GEITHAIN for giving me this amazing opportunity. GEITHAIN is really high-spirited company, people who work there are really really talented. I really love their pure motivation to create amazing products. I felt that what they're making are more than products, more like art works. Handmade products with a lot of care are really really special.

11月13日に東京藝術大学 上野キャンパス 総合工房棟2F 芸術情報センター 第1演習室で講義をさせていただく事になりました。受講は無料で一般の方々も参加していただけるそうです。時間は15:40 ~ 17:00で、当日は芸術情報センター入り口のインターフォンで「芸術情報特論を見に来ました」と言って頂ければ入ることができるそうです。是非いらしてください。このチャンスを下さった東京芸術大学の松村さんに感謝します。何話そかなぁ。

11月22日は毎年恒例のop.disc showcase hubです。今回は初めてSALOONでLIVEをやらせていただく事になりました。めっちゃ楽しみです。op.discに感謝！良いLIVEになりますように。楽しくなりそー。

and 22nd of November, we're gonna have a op.disc show case hub at Daikanyama UNIT. I'm gonna play at SALOON which is basement floor and I'm really really looking forward to it! massive thanks to op.disc. let's enjoy the night.

先週末の名古屋magoでのイベントも最高に楽しかった。来てくれた皆さん、オーガナイザのトモホ君、ヒエイさん、ミネヨさんとmagoのスタッフの皆さん、あと出演者の皆さんに心から感謝したい。magoはホントに音が良くて、いつも自信を持ってLIVEできるので最高です。

It was an amazing party at club Mago in Nagoya last weekend. I'd like to thank you to everybody who came, Tomoho-kun, Hiei-san, Mineyo-san who organized this party, and everybody who works for club Mago. They have amazing sound systems which always give me a chance to play my sound with confident which is very important thing for me.

今週末の10月31日はLiquid RoomでDE LA FANTASIAに出させていただきます。その後の11月2日は大阪のClapperでLIVEです。両会場とも良いサウンドシステムなので、凄く楽しみです。良い音が出せますように。是非いらしてください。素晴らしいチャンスをくださった両イベントのオーガナイザさん達、関係者の方々全員に感謝したい。ありがとうございます。ラッキー。

In this weekend, 31st of October, I'm gonna play at Liquid Room Tokyo for the festival called DE LA FANTASIA which is a new music festival starts from this year. and also another show in Osaka on 2nd of November at clapper. I love those two venues because they both have amazing sound systems. I hope i can play nice sound there. Please come if you have a chance. I'd like to thank you to the organizers and people who work for both event. I'm lucky.

昨日僕の新しいリリースのマスタリングを無事終えて、満足のいく結果になりました。僕がやらせていただいた過去のremixをいくつかと、自分の曲を自分でremixした曲などを集めたアルバムです。2010年頭にcommmonsからリリース予定です。マスタリングを担当してくださった早乙女正雄さんとLDKスタジオの小島さんに心から感謝したい。素晴らしい仕事をありがとうございました。

I've just finished the mastering in Tokyo last night for my next release which is planned to be release on commmons in early 2010 in Japan. it is like a compilation album which consists of my remixes which I've done before and also some of my self remixes too. I'd like to thank you to Mr.Saotome who's an amazing engineer and also Mr.Kojima from LDK studio Tokyo. They're are truly professional people. amazing.
