music for photography + I.W.Y.

gallery traxでの展示期間中にだけ限定50枚でmix CD-Rを販売させていただきます。内容は39分で、自分の過去の音(2004年にYCAMで滞在中に作った音とか) に新しい音を混ぜたり、ちょっとユルめの構成にしてみました。盤面デザインが５種類あって、どれが当たるかはお楽しみ。ちなみにどれもめっちゃええ感じです。限定の絵はがきセットも作りました。どれも気に入ってます。T-shirtは残念ながら11月4日のオープンには間に合わなくて、11月12日のパーティーの日から発売させていただきます。デザインをお手伝いいただいた水谷 匡克さんに感謝します。

A limited release of 50 copies of mix CD-R will be available at gallery trax during my photo exhibition. I used some samples of my works from YCAM project in 2004, mixing my new sounds to make slow and smooth groove for 39 mins length mix. There are 5 different disc designs and you don't know which one you're gonna get. We also have limited post cards too. and We're planning to release three new photo T-shirts which will be available from 12th of November at this gallery. I'd like to say thanks to Mizutani Masakatsu-san for all these designs.

11月と12月は半野さん、eater, kohei, tomoho そして僕が参加させていただいてる"I WANT YOU"が3カ所で開催。
13日大阪はeaterとドラマーの渡邊さんと僕のセッションをやらせていただきます。DJはkoheiとtomoho。Qube TV でストリーミングも。是非。
東京は半野さんがバンドの方とご一緒に、DJはtomohoとデザイナー水谷さんことMAA。
11月22日は名古屋のMagoでI.W.Y.フルメンバーにて開催します。遊ぶでー。

Radiq, eater, kohei, tomoho and me started new party called "I WANT YOU" from this summer and those two last shows were really great success, and we're gonna have another one in November and December. On 13th of November in Osaka, eater+watanabe(drums)+me are gonna play together and Qube TV will help us to stream this party over the internet.
In Tokyo, this will be on 3rd of December, Radiq will play together with a band. DJs are tomoho and MAA who is a designer for my CDs and everything for our "I.W.Y." Masakatsu Mizutani-san.
On 22nd of November is going to be in Nagoya, all of us together will be there. come and play!

Stroboscopic Artefacts presents the Monad series. Rarefied and introspective, confrontational and extreme, each featured artist will delve into the Monad concept:
"The generation of number series is related to objects of geometry as well as cosmogony. From the Monad evolved the Dyad; from it numbers; from numbers, points; then lines, two-dimensional entities, three-dimensional entities, bodies, culminating in the four ele - ments earth, water, fire and air, from which the rest of our world is built up."

AOKI takamasa's Monad IX is a stark example of exploring the periphery of contemporary electronic music and yet impressing an artisitc identity upon these fringes. An anonymous voice on 'mnd-sng-01' blurts 'shake everything', and this is his point. Shake not just yourself on the dance floor, but shake your notions of artistic processes. The tracks draw attention to themselves as constructions, they're not titled but serial numbered from 'mnd-sng-01' right through to 'mnd-sng-04'.

moved back to Osaka

今週から大阪に拠点を移しました。久しぶりの地元での生活が楽しみです。ベルリンとパリ、その他ヨーロッパ各都市でお会いした全ての皆さんに感謝します。素晴らしい時間でした！また行きます。

I have moved back to Osaka early this week. I'd like to say thank you to everybody i met in Berlin, Paris and every other cities in Europe. Amazing moments. I must come back sometime again.

最近tumblrを自分の写真アップ用に始めさせていただきました。写真のアップは少しずつそちらに移行しようかなと考えています。が、まだ悩み中。おヒマなお時間にチェックしていただければ嬉しいです。デザインのお手伝いをいただいた飯野ユウキ君に感謝します。ありがとう飯野君。
