Yes, the op.disc showcase was a great success! I really wanted you to come to this show too.
Unfortunately we still don't have any distribusion for oversea at the
monent, so as soon as we get it, we'll go out side with all the artists
if it's possible. I'd really like to come to Australia with all of them in
the near future.
and the lightning sound was inredible... It was only a moment, but i
never can forget that sound... I should have recorded.. Ofcourse i couldn't..

３日のUnitすごい楽しかったです。最初の徳井さんのLiveから、何かすごい熱気というか、わくわくするような感じがしました。
青木さんのLiveもすごい緊張感というか張りがあり、とても楽しめました。
そして、みなさん真摯な姿勢の方々でとても感動的でした。
The Beatlesのカバーも聴きました。カラッとしてる感じで、
とてもsimpleでcoolですね。声が重なるところがすごいかっこいいです。
apple銀座店のLiveも楽しみにしています。

友人の紹介で、
２年前からずっと青木さんの作品を聴いています。
元々はバロックと現代音楽しか聴かない”偏った耳”の持ち主で、
青木さんの曲を初めて聞いた時に、理屈抜きに奥底から震えました。
　
先日のUNITのライヴ、最高でした。
　　
一言だけ送りたくって。
　　
自分もクリエイティヴな仕事（もの作り）に携わっているものですが、
自分では結構やっているつもりなんです。
でも今日のライブを聴いて、もっと、もっと自分の仕事に魂注がないと、って、
心底思いました。
　　
そういう意味を含めて、終わったあと
　　
「ありがとう！」って叫びました。
　　　
メッセージがぴりぴりと伝わってきました。
青木さんのライヴは初めてでしたが、また行きます。
CDと全然違いました。"Hub"よりも断然いいです。
これからも、楽しみにしています。
　　
私見ですが、 Riow Arai氏（ノーコメント）よりも、
半野氏（音遊びが過ぎて、音がまるで彼の”家来”みたいでいやらしかった。）、
澤井さん（"module"の幻滅は払拭出来ました。）、田中氏（彼の世界観は分かりました。）も含めてですが、
彼らよりも青木さんのステージはずっと音に宿るパワーが強く、
音にインテリジェンスを感じ、
放つ輝きも、そして闇も、
自立した音に宿る潜在的なグルーヴ感も、終わったあとの静寂も含めて、
青木さんの繰り出す空間が、一番冴え渡っていました。
多分、音との距離感が他の方々と違うのかなと思っています。
　　
14日も仕事の合間、
銀座に並んで観に行きます。
今は、ゆっくり休息して下さい。

今回は十人十色という言葉が本当にばっちり合うイベントだった思ってます。
アライさんはテクノを知り尽くした感じで、僕には絶対にできないような迫力のある緻密なテクノを聴かせてくださったし、
半野さんはいつも通り様々な異質なジャンルの音楽を超ハイクオリティに絶妙な感じでミックスされていて、
音質もダントツでひたすら大人なライヴでした。今の僕にはまだまだあんな素晴らしい音は作れない。
サワイ君のライヴは正に唯一無二で、あのリミッターの無さには完敗です。
フミヤさんのDJは僕が今まで観たどのテクノDJよりもハイセンスでグルーヴ感もダントツで、
テクノ界では世界のトップDJである事は間違いありません。
KlockさんのあのボーダレスなDJセットは圧巻でしたし、あのスキルは半端じゅない。
徳井君のライヴもさっき上に書いたように本気で驚かされたし踊らされました。
morskie okoさんに気に入ってもらえて本当に嬉しいですが、正直言って今回の自分のライヴはまだまだやなって本気で思いましたね。
もっともっと良いライヴができるようにこれからも努力します。

BBCの「I Will」聴きました。
去年のパラード・エレキテルで弾き語り聴いたときも
思ったけど、やっぱいい声ですね。
心地いい声。
それとRemixやカバーって原曲の良さを残しつつ新しさ
を加える、そのバランスが大切だと思うんですけど
この曲はそのバランスがすごくいいなと思います。
rei harakamiも好きで彼はそのバランスの取り方が
すごくうまいんですけど、それに通じるものがある
気がしますね。
これCDとかにならないんでしょうか？
欲しいなー。

"op disc"、会場に付いたらアオキさんの時間終わってて、半野さんのライブが始まる時でした。

また関西圏でライブ、楽しみにしておきます。

余談ですけども今"サンクス"でフェラーリF1シリーズのミニカーが売っているんですけど、結構いい感じです。

on the movie clip, is that one of your new songs that plays first or just an improvised one? it sounds really cool, i love it.
oh and i love it when you play "26th. Floor" I love the whole feeling of that song :)
so your new album will be on op.disc...can you say roughly when next year it will be released? early 2006? I hope so. I'm really looking forward to it, although you say there are no overseas distributers yet? hopefully the UK will see more from op.disc in the future. I don't want to miss out on your new album.

I checked that review out and same as Murray, I really liked the part with "26th Floor".

Actually I think that track is very cool, very interesting lyrics and it really feels like taking a ride in the elevator when you listen to it.

Murray, there is one Apple store in London, it just opened this year and it does look like the one in Japan, perhaps even bigger!

actually it's both. at the very first part of the song(but it's not in the movie clip)
was almost improvised and the part you saw was my new song
for my next album on op.disc. I'm glad to haer that you liked it.

I'm not sure yet, but we're now planning to release it before summer
in 2006. and also I'm going to release some 12 inch vinyls before
I release the album.
and I hope we could find a good distributer too.. But it's really
difficult at the moment for Japanese labels like us..
I really wanna release them in Europe, US and other countries too...

i just bought a turntable :) so now I can enjoy your vinyl releases. I look forward to your new vinyls in 2006 (if i can get hold of them in the UK that is) I also just bought a copy of the "Simply Funk EP". I'm quite excited about it because I know they are out of print now and are getting harder to find, but I found one! :)

oh, i do have a question:
Would you ever be able to release your cover of the Beatles' "I Will", maybe as part of a 12 inch release?
If so, is it something you would want to do?
