今日はGAY PRIDEっていう同性愛者達のフェスティバルというか何と言うか、、とにかく凄いのがパリであったんです。GAY PRIDE、上手く訳せないですがゲイ根性とでも言いましょうか、いやー、とにかく強烈でしたね、色んな意味でパワフルでしたw。 バスティーユっていうデッカイ交差点をまるまる通行止めにして、そこにこれまたデッカイサウンドシステムを入れて夜１１時までノリノリガンガンでDJ達がプレイするんですが、周りはもうオカマさん達とそれを見に来る人たちで一杯でした。
今日の記事は上手く英語で訳せそうにないなーw。適当な英訳ですいません。
There was a GAY PRIDE in Paris today and It was huge.. I've never seen this kind of thing before so it was quite.. interesting :-) I thought it was powerful in many ways.
There is a square called Bastille and they close all the erea around there and brought huge sound systems. DJs were playing until 11pm. Incredible.
会場というか、メインになるステージが街のど真ん中と言っていい場所にあるんですけど、普段物凄い交通量の多い場所なので、そこを通行止めにするっていう事はかなり迷惑被ってる人も多いと思うんです。でもそれを実現してしまうのが凄いですよね。皆ここぞと言わんばかりにハジけてて、色んな所に上ったり寝転んだり。かなり発散してました。そう思うと日本人ってどんな時にこうやってフランス人みたいに発散してるんでしょうか。。そう言えば僕はどこでいつ発散してるんやろか？僕って音楽作って発散してるのかな。
As i wrote, they close the huge square which is quite busy usually. I thought this never happens in Japan because if they do this, I'm sure everything stops and many people will complain about this. But i thought this is really great thing. People can get out their frustration while they're dancing and screaming on the street this time. Then i realize that How and when do Japanese people get out their frustration usually? How and when do i do it..?? I don't know, maybe i make music to get out my frustration..?
こんな人たちや、マッチョなカップル、こぎれいなカップル、女性のカップルが街中に溢れてて、皆それぞれ楽しそうでした。でもちょっと恐いけど、みんなカメラ向けたら笑ってくれるんです。ちなみにこの写真は半野さんが送ってくれました。すげー。
予定では６月２５日にアルバム『simply funk』がリリースされるハズだったんですけど、ちょっと色々とありまして６月３０日に延期になってしまいました。。申し訳ありません。今しばらくお待ちください。

昨日は夏至で、同時にFete de la musiqueっていう街中どこでも誰でも音楽を演奏して良いっていう素晴らしい日だったんですけど、それとEuro2004のフランス対スイス戦も重なって真夜中まで街は人で一杯でした。去年一昨年と２年連続でこの日はベルリンにいたんですけど、今年は初めてパリでこの日を迎える事ができました。友人が経営するショップの一部をお借りして、そこで半野さんと僕も自分達のモニタースピーカを持ち寄って勝手に音楽を流しまくってました。こんな日があるなんてホント素晴らしい事ですよね。日本でもあれば良いのに。でも日本でやったらアホなヤンキーが騒ぎそうw
Yesterday was the special day called Fete de la musique. On this day,anyone can play thier music in anywhere in the city. And also there was a soccer game French against SWISS for Euro 2004 on the same day, so there were full of people on the street even after the midnight. I was in Berlin in last year and the year before, and this was the fisrt time i was in Paris on this day. Me and Mr.Hanno brought our monitor speakers and played our music at my friend's shop too. It is wonderful thing that people in Europe have this kind of day every year. I wish we have the same in Japan too.
僕はHDを入れ替えたばっかりで、音楽用のアプリがiTunesしか入ってなかったので、半野さんのライブに合わせてiTunesに入れたAIFFを再生したりしてましたw。半野さんは結構ノリノリでご自分の新しいアルバムからの曲をガンガンかけてましたね。人もかなり集まって来たんですよ。その後お互い曲のネタがなくなってしまったので、それぞれのiTunes入ってたSteve Reichのmusic for 18 musiciansをミックスしたりして遊んでました。そっちの方が人気あったような気もしますw
I didn't have any software for music in my hard drive except iTunes because i just changed my hard drive the day before, and i didn't install anything at that time. Mr.Hanno did his LIVE and i had to play some AIFF files with iTunes and we mixed them.
He played some songs from his new album and they were all funky! Many people stopped and listened to our music. After that, we played "music for 18 musicians" from Steve Reich and mixed them together. It was fun. Maybe people liked that better that our music :-)
僕たちは夜１０時ぐらい（昼間の様に明るいんです）に片付けました。ちょうどその日に細野さんがsonarの帰りにパリに寄ってるから会おうって連絡をいただいたので、半野さんと会いに行ってきました。sonarは大盛況だったみたいです。僕たちも来年出れると良いけど。 数時間お話した後に、細野さんと皆でハイテンションな夜の街に繰り出して、しばらく散歩してから解散しました。
細野さん、半野さん、僕からしてみれば数年前までは雲の上の人たちだったのに、今はこうしてパリでお会いする事ができて、僕は本当にラッキーだなーって思います。 はぁー、お二人のようにもっとええ曲作らんとね、結果残さないと。。
We packed up our things around 10 pm. And on the same day, Mr.Haruomi Hosono came to Paris after SONAR 2004 and gave me a phone call that he wanted to see us, so me and Mr.Hanno went to see him afrer that. Mr.Hosono told us that it was a great show for SONAR. I hope we can play our music there in next year too. After we talked a few hours, we went out on the street and went home after we walked around there for a while.
Honestly I didn't think that i could see people like Mr.Hosono and Mr.Hanno in Paris like this, because they were just a famous people for me until a few years ago. I think I'm so lucky. I need to work much harder and make much better music like them!

もう大感動です。今日は半野さんも一緒に見てたんですけど、もう皆大興奮でした！素晴らしい！１４年ぶりにF1で日本人が表彰台です！この調子で今シーズンはもっと上位をゲットして欲しいですね。
F1の公式サイトで、リアルタイムで各ドライバーのセクターごとのタイムが見れるんですけど、琢磨はずっと誰よりも速かったしアグレッシブでした！
いやー、同じ日本人として誇らしいです。やっぱり外人をもっとビビらせないとダメですよね。
I was impressed from the result of F1 today! I watched F1 with Yoshihiro HANNO and other friends together today, and we were really excited! Great!! Japanese F1 driver got the podium after an interval of 14 years. I'd like him to get higher place in this season.
I was watching official F1 website while the race but Takuma Sato was alway faster than any other and always aggressive.
I'm proud of him as the same Japanese. We Japanese need to show our capability.
昨日からパリに戻ってきました。日本では本当に素晴らしい時間を過ごせて、感動の連続でした。みんなありがとう。後はアルバムが無事発売される事を願うのみです。
パリも快晴です。この時期夜は日本と違って１０時半ぐらいまで明るいので、なんか気分が上がるんですw。さー、次のアルバムに向けて頑張ります！
I came back to Paris last night. I had some extremely wonderful moments in Japan this time, and I was impressed all the time. Thank you very much for everybody.
It is nice weather in Paris too. I this seasons, it gets dark around 10:30 pm, it is quite different from Japan. I don't know why but this makes me excited :-) OK, I'll work harder for my next album now!

日曜日は信じられないぐらい天気が良かったので、ウチの実家で友達とウチの両親と皆でBBQをしました。その時にウチのご近所さんで、僕の友人でもある飛田さん（写真左から二人目）にもお越しいただきました。飛田さんはこれまた信じられないぐらいの自転車人間で、環境NPO団体にも所属しておられています。僕も昔ちょこっとショートディスタンスのトライアスロンをやっていた事もあって、自転車には結構うるさいんですよ。その日はちょうど飛田さんが二人乗りのニューマシンを見せてくれたので（写真右端）皆で乗り回しましたw。
It was incredibly fine on Sunday then we decided to have BBQ with my friends and my parents at my parents' place. Mr.Tobita who is my neighbor and also my friend came to this party. He is a really great bicycle man and he works for environmental NPO.
I used to do short distance triathlon before so I also really love bicycles too. He bought a new bicycle built for two people and we rode that all day long.
飛田さんは他にも日本では珍しいリカンベントっていう自転車をいくつかお持ちで、以前から会うたびに乗らせてもらってるんです。昔から気になってた自転車だったんですけど、まさかお向かいさんが持ってるとは思いませんでしたので、それを知った時は嬉しくてたまりませんでしたね。
宿野輪天堂っていう自転車屋さんのサイトでも紹介されています。詳しくはそちらで！
リカンベントは寝転んだ様な姿勢で乗る自転車で、二輪、三輪などのタイプがあります。確か四輪もあったと思います。東京は知りませんが、大阪では滅多に見る事がなくて、飛田さんはこの辺では結構な有名人なんです。
Mr.Tobita owns some Recumbents which is quite rare and hard to find them on the street in Japan , but i didn't think that my neighbor hava them. I was really excited when i met him and he told me about it.
You ride this bicycle just like you lie on the sofa, and there are two wheels recumbent, three wheels and I think there are four wheels too. I don't know if it's true in Tokyo but we hardly see this bicycle in Osaka, so Mr.Tobita is a quite famous person around this area.
皆で近くのコンビニにリカンベントと二人乗りの自転車で買い物に行ったんですけど、注目の的でしたねw。大阪の人は大体（っていうかほぼ全員）『なんぼぐらいすんの？』ってストレートに聞いてきますw。他の地域ではあり得ないですよね。ココは異国です。パスポート持参でいらっしゃい。まいど。
僕が三輪のリカンベントに乗ってたら、ポルコが大興奮して一緒に走ってくれました。
僕も飛田さんと同じ事をずっと考えてて、以前大阪市にもメイルを送った事があるんですけど、今大阪は物凄い財政危機なので、何か他の自治体がしない特殊な事をやって人を集める必要があると思うんです。で、御堂筋とかでっかい道路を幾つか数ヶ月に一度ぐらい通行止めにして、自転車とかローラーブレードが自由に（でも交通規則を守って）走り回れる機会を作れば良いんじゃないかって思うんですよね。いつかそんな日が来れば良いですね。飛田さん頑張りましょう！
僕としては御堂筋をメインストレートにしたフォーミュラレースをして欲しいところですが、、
We went to the shop with those Recumbents together and we became at the center of attention :-) When i was riding recumbent, my god POLCO got so excited and we ran together.
Me and Mr.Tobita have been thinking almost the same thing and I sent an e-mail to Osaka city about this idea before, but Osaka has really serious financial difficulties at the moment and we thought that Osaka should realize the new special idea, something that any cities don't have. Then Osaka has quite big and wide streets in the city, so they sould close those streets maybe per a few month a day for bicycles or in-line skates. I hope we can do this in the near future.
Well, , honestly I prefer a fomula race in the Osaka streets though....

昨日大阪の中津にあるCANTE GRANDEっていうカフェでライブをさせていただきました。お越しいただいた皆さん、ありがとうございました。大学の時からよく来てたカフェで、緑がとても多くて凄く心地良いんです。禁煙席とかあれば最高なんですけど。
昨日は自分でもかなり心地いいライブができたように思えます。事前告知はウチのウェブと口コミだけやったので、主に友人が多かったんですけどw。 ３年ぶりぐらいに会う大学時代の友人も来てくれて、なかなか貴重な時間でした。オーガナイズしてくれた寺内君とその彼女さんに感謝します。ありがとうございました。またこんな機会があれば良いですけどね、東京とか他の都市でもやってみたいです。とこの場を借りてアピっときます。誰か〜。
今回Kan Daisuke君にギターを貸していただきました。凄い良いギターで、めっちゃ音が良くて弾きやすいんです。ダイちゃんありがとう。

Yesterday, I did LIVE at cafe CANTE GRANDE in Nakatsu Osaka. Thank you very much for all the people who came. I've been there many times when i was a student. They have so many plants at the entrance and it is so comfortable to stay. I wish they have some non smoking tables, but..
I think i did quite calm and comfortable LIVE last night. We only announced this party on my web, so most of the audiences were mainly my friends though.. It was really expensive time for me last night. I'd like to say thank you to Yoshimasa Terauchi and his girlfriend who organize this party. Thank you so much. I hope i can have more opportunities to play like this situation in the future. I'd like to do it in Tokyo and other cities maybe. Somebody! Anybody!

２日の大阪であったaudio formaのレヴューをアップさせていただきました。お待たせしました。
久しぶりの大阪でのライブという事もあって、普段会えない友達に会えて楽しかったです。お越しいただいた皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。短いムービーもアップさせていただきましたので、是非ご覧になってください。ドラマーの渡邊さんが炸裂してます。やっぱり人じゃないです。
９月にアルバムのリリースツアーを日本でやらせていただく予定なんですが、その時はこのバンドで回りたいなーって思ってます。
I updated the review contents on my web of audio forma on 2nd of June. I did LIVE in Osaka after a long interval this time, then i met so many old friends. It was fun.
Thank you so much for people who came to this party. I uploaded some short movies so please check them. I'm sure you can easily tell that Mr.Watanabe is a great drummer. He's not a human!
I'm planning to do a Japan tour in September, then I think we'd like to go around Japan with this band.
金曜日、土曜日、日曜日の３日間は妹の結婚式のために長野に行ってきました。天気にも恵まれて、皆本当に楽しそうで最高の結婚式やったと思います。ちょこっとライブもやらせていただいたんですけど、皆ヒイてなかったかな、、w。 これからも幸せに。いやー、めでたいめでたい。
I went to Nagano this weekend for my sister's wedding. It was beautifully fine all day, we were so lucky. All the people looked so happy and I think it was a really great wedding. I did LIVE just a little bit and i hope people understood what i did... :-)

昨日大阪で以前ココで紹介させていただいたaudio formaがありました。お越し下さったみなさん、本当にありがとうございました。trioではちょっと僕のミスもあって悔いが残る感じもあったんですが、皆さんからご好評もいただいたので、まあ結果オーライって事で許してください。すんませんでした。近々レヴューをアップさせていただきますので、もしよろしければご覧になってください。 いやー、やっぱりワタナベさんのドラムは凄いです。リョウ君の映像も素晴らしかった。
Last night in Osaka, we had "audio forma" that i wrote a comment before on here. I'd like to say Thank you so much to People who came to this party. I made a mistake when we played as trio and I think i could make it much better if i didn't make a mistake, but people told me that they liked it, so.. It's OK. I'm going to update the review soon. Please check it when you have time. Mr.Watanabe who plays drum is GREAT! and Ryoichi Kurokawa's images was also beautiful.
