今日はウチにツジコノリコが来てくれて、９月３日の心斎橋TowerRecordsでのライヴと１０月２５日のロンドンでのライヴの準備をしました。インストアライヴって初めてなので正直どんな感じになるのか全く予想できないんですけど、いつも通り出来る限りの事をしようと思ってます。
Today Tujiko Noriko came to my place and we worked together for LIVE at Tower Records Shinsaibashi Osaka on 3rd of September and 25th of October in London. I've never done in-store LIVE before so I can't really imagine what it's like.. However we'll do our best as usual.
27日の夜は大阪のclub Rocketsで行われているイベントBrilliantへ。久しぶりにKohei Terazono君の緻密なDJで踊りまくりました。最近はop.disc からリリース予定のアルバム制作の為にテクノを意識的に聴くようにして勉強しています。凄く良い勉強になったし、凄く楽しめた。ゾノ、ありがとう。
I went to the party called "Brilliant" at club Rockets in Osaka on 27th evening. I really enjoyed Kohei Terazono's DJ. I really like his set. Now I'm preparing my new album on op.disc and I learned a lot from his DJ this time. Thanks Kohei.

先日栃木県の那須塩原に生まれて初めて行ってきました。那須はパリで知り合った僕達の親友のヨッちゃんと雪枝ちゃんの地元で、今回は二人がお薦めしてくれた北温泉に行くのがメインの目的でした。二人はその他にも僕達を素晴らしい場所に色々と連れて行ってくれて本当に感動的でした。東京でベコベコにヘコんだ僕でしたけど、今回二人のおかげで更にパワーアップした気分です。ヨッちゃん雪枝ちゃん、ありがとう！雪枝ちゃんはアーティストでもあって、僕のサイトのimages でも彼女の作品をチェックしていただけます。是非どうぞ。９月17日から２５日まで、那須の黒磯にあるcafe shozoで彼女の個展も開かれます。そちらも是非。行く価値あり。
A few days ago, I went to the place called Nasu-Shiobara in Tochigi-prefecture for the first time. One of my best friends Yo-chan and Yukie are from this beautiful city and they took me to the special natural hot spring called KITA-onsen. They also took me to some more really nice places and i was so excited and spent really really good time there. Thank you Yo-chan and Yukie-chan. Yukie is also an artist and I put some of her works on images on my web. Please check it when you have time. She is going to have her exhibition from 17th of September at cafe shozo in Nasu. 今回二人が連れて行ってくれた北温泉。台風が近づいていた事もあって霧が凄くてずっと雨でしたけど、宿泊客も殆どいなくてそれがまた良かった。『千と千尋の神隠し』みたいな場所。皆で大興奮。
This is KITA-onsen where Yo-chan and Yukie took me. A strong typhoon was approaching this area when we got there and it was raining all day long. However, this brought us a better situation. Almost no one there in this natural hot spring :-) I felt like i was in a movie by Hayao Miyazaki's "Spirited Away".
雨と凄い霧の中で皆で温泉プールに。こんなん初めて。。めちゃめちゃめちゃめちゃめちゃ楽しかった。
We took an open-air hot spring. I've never had this before.. It was really really really really nice.
江戸時代からほぼ変わってないっていう北温泉の食堂。カラオケマシンが異質でしたけど、それ以外は最高。
This is a place for eating in KITA-onsen. This room has not been changed it's atmosphere since almost 200 years ago from Edo era. There was a Karaoke machine there and it didn't fit this place very much.
食事の後に二人が黒磯にあるcafe shozoに連れて行ってくれました。本物発見。都心から無くなりつつある本物は地方にばっちり存在している。チーズケーキ最高。参った。
They took me to cafe shozo in Kuroiso after the dinner. It was really nice place. They have perfect cheese cake. When you visit Japan, please go country sinde. This is real Japan.
寝ている間に台風が去ってくれて翌日は空気が凄く気持ちよかった。東京に帰る前にshozo cafeの那須店に連れて行ってくれました。このお店も申し分無い。
The typhoon went away when i was sleeping. They took me to another shozo cafe in Nasu next morning before i went back to Tokyo. This cafe was also really nice. Nothing to say.

昨日から大阪に帰ってきました。ウチの愛犬も年齢のせいかかなり落ち着いてきて、ちょっとパワーダウン。でも相変わらず可愛い。。久しぶりに会えて良かった。
犬の散歩中に実家の近くで見た夕日が奇麗だった。大阪の夕日もまだまだ捨てたもんじゃない。ちょっと希望が持てました。今回東京での滞在ではDSSRの本間夫妻に大変お世話になりました！ありがとう！

先日ベルリンのwatergateというクラブでop.disc初のShowCaseが行われました。会場には６0０人以上のお客さんにお越しいただいて大成功でした。お越しいただいた皆さん、オーガナイズをしていただいたKOIKLUBの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。このイベントの詳しいレヴューはいつも通りtraksyと自分のサイトのLIVE reviewsに近々アップさせていただきます。是非チェックしてみてください。
We had the fist showcase of op.disc on 13th of August at Watergate in Berlin. This label was launched by RADIQ aka Yoshihiro HANNO and Fumiya Tanaka and they'll be distributed in Europe soon. More than 600 people came to this show and i think it was a great success. I'd like to say thank you to all the people who came to this show and all the people from KOIKLUB who organized this event. Thank you so much. I'm planning to review this on my LIVE reviews soon. Please check it when you have time.
東京に来てすぐにSound&Recording誌に僕とツジコノリコのインタビューを取っていただきました。ありがとうございました。今回僕とノリPのスケジュールがどうしても合わなくて、残念ながら二人でのライヴは９月３日に予定されている心斎橋Tower Recordsでのインストアライヴ1回だけでした。。今回のインストアでは無理でしたけど、中途半端な状態でライヴをしたくなかったし、もしライヴが実現するとしたらちゃんとバンドスタイルでライヴをしたいと思っています。いつかそういう機会があれば良いな。
As soon as i arrived at Tokyo, me and Noriko had an interview of a Japanese progessional audio&music magazine called Sound&Recording. Thank you so much. Unfortunately we only have one LIVE show in Japan as AOKI takamasa + Tujiko Noriko at Tower Records in Shisaibashi Osaka on 3rd of September. I hope we have some more shows in Europe soon. Please come when you have a chance. We'd like to play with a band if we can.
先日葉山の友人宅へお邪魔してきました。ARさん、Aちゃん、お世話になりました！その友人が飼っている犬達が本当に可愛い。。上の写真はそのウチの一人CHちゃん。可愛い。。。東京でヘコんだ分葉山で思いっきり癒されました。

ツジコノリコが以前から映画を撮っていた事をご存知の方もおられるかもしれませんね。先日完成したばかりの彼女の初監督作品『SAND AND MINI HAWAII』のサンプルDVDをもらいました。僕も劇中で使用されている曲のミキシングでチラっと参加させてもらってます。映画に関して本人から話には聞いてたけど、どういった作品かも全然教えてもらってなかったので、『まあ観てみようや』って感じで観始めて、映画が終わる頃には『久しぶりに良い映画観た』って気持ちで一杯でした。やられた。。ノリP凄い。本人はこの作品に関して、次の映画のための名刺代わりって言ってたし、『次のは１５倍良い』って言ってたけど、、ソレでも十分よくできた作品だと思います。確かに技術的に荒削りな部分も多いけど、それを忘れさせるぐらいにオーディエンスを惹き込む何かがあるように思えました。これは結構な評価を得るんじゃないでしょうか。
ツジコ監督誕生。先月パリにあるカルティエ財団でも上映会が行われました。ご覧になられるチャンスがあれば是非チェックしてみてください。
Some people might already know that Tujiko Noriko has been shooting film recently. The other day, she gave me a sample DVD of her first movie called "SAND AND MINI HAWAII". I did mix work for her songs in this movie too. She had not been telling us about her movie until she finished it, so we didn't really know about it very much. Then we started watching it and when it was finished, we simply felt that we saw a quite good movie and i really appreciated. Great work, Noriko. She said she's gonna make another one soon which is 15 times better than this, but i think it was still really attractive movie. I found some roughness of edditing and audio treatment, however this make you forget about those things and I'm quite sure that this movie has something special. Please check it when you have a chance.
明日からまたベルリンに行ってきます。今回はop.disc 初のshowcaseが８月１３日にwatergate にて行われます。このイベントには田中フミヤ さん、RADIQ aka Yoshihiro HANNO、Nao Tokui君、と僕が参加させていただく事になってます。このイベントの開催にあたって、ベルリンを中心に活動されているKOI KLUBの皆さんに大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。ベルリンにお住まいで、お時間の宜しい方は是非お越し下さい。
I'm going to Berlin from tomorrow again for a LIVE show. I released one of my latest 12inch vinyl on a Japanese new lavel called op.disc (this will be distributed in Europe soon) and this new label have the first label show case at watergate in Berlin on 13th of August. This time, Fumiya Tanaka, RADIQ aka Yoshihiro HANNO, Nao Tokui and me are going to perform. Please come and check our sound when you have time. ご無沙汰しております。昨日ポーランドから帰ってきました。ちょうどポーランドに行く直前に新居にもネットが開通して、やっと今まで通りの制作ペースに戻れそう。ネットが無かった時代（といっても１０年も経ってないですよね）はそれでも上手くいってたのに、一度便利なモノを使ってしまうとなかなかそれを生活から切り離すのは難しいですね。
It's been a while again. I came back from Poland last night. Now i have ADSL in my new appartment just before i left Paris to Poland. I think now i can keep my pace of work as usual. Before we have internet(not more than 10 years ago I think), I was doing my work without it, but now i need it.. Once we got something really useful, It's quite hard to work without it.
空港からPlockまで車で１時間半ぐらい。夕日が凄く奇麗でした。
今回僕が参加させていただいたのはInternational Festival of Music & Visuals - FeMEV というフェスティバルで、PolandのWarsawから車で１時間半ほど北西に向かった場所にあるPlockという街で開催されています。複数の会場で構成されていて、何と入場料はどの会場もタダ。太っ腹。この街にはアジア人がほとんどいないので、街歩いてると皆が僕を物珍しそうに見てました。
この場をお借りして、今回僕にこのフェスティバルに参加するチャンスを与えてくれたLukas(PALSECAM)と、ライヴの写真を撮ってくださったSatoko Fujimotoさん、それにこのイベントに関わった全てのスタッフとお越しいただいたお客さん全員にお礼をお伝えします。皆やっぱり日本語通じないけど、ありがとうございました。
This time i played in the International Festival of Music & Visuals - FeMEV in the city called Polock which is located in the north west of Warsaw and it took about an hour and half by car from Warsaw airport. They have several stages in the city by the river and all the concerts are free to enter. Wonderful. They said There's almost no asian in Plock, so most of the people on the street looked at me with a lot of curiosity. it was quite interesting experience ;-)
I'd like to say thank you to Lukas(PALSECAM) who gave me a chance to play in this festival, Satoko Fujimoto who took photos during my LIVE, all the staff who worked for this event and all the people who came to this show. thank you so much.
翌日６日の夕方がライヴやったので午前中にサウンドチェックの為会場へ。会場はポーランドで一番古い学校の中にある講演会場みたいな所で、マイク無しでも演説できるぐらいアンビエンスが凄かったんです。僕はてっきりクラブみたいな所でライヴするとばかり思ってたので、急遽スタイル変更。リズムは隙間だらけにして、なるべくドラム音の少ないセットにしました。ノリノリの気分やったのでちょっと残念。LIVE reviewsにムービーをアップさせていただきましたので、是非。
I went to the venue in the next morning for sound check. Before they showed me the venue, I thought i was going to play at the club or place like that, but it was totally different. It was an old assembly hall in the school. i was planning to play something really funky, but this place has quite strong reverb in the room and also there are so many seats like a movie theater. I was quite sure that it doesn't work in here, so i had to change my style to do the best performance in this condition. I updated my LIVE reviews and put a movie there. Please check it when you have time.
モニターはモノラルだけで会場のアンビエンスも凄かったのでスゲーモニターしにくかったですけど、やるだけの事はやりました。ホントはリズムがんがん出して皆に踊って欲しかったけど。ヨーロッパでまだまだ無名な僕には会場を選ぶ余地はまだないです。。悔しい。もっと頑張ってメインステージでライヴできるようになります。
I only had monaural monitor speaker and also the venue had really strong reverb, so it was really difficult to listen what I was playing, but i think i did my best in this condition. To be honest, I wanted to play at main floor and play strong rhythm and wanted people to dance, but I'm still totally unknown here in Europe, this means I don't have any choice at the moment. I'll try to be more famous and I'd like to play at the main floor in the near future. I have to work harder to achieve this.
僕のライヴがちょうど夕方８時ぐらいに終わったので、終わってからメイン会場の方に行ってみました。これぐらいの時間から徐々に人が集まって来てる。夜中には沢山の人で賑わってました。すげーデカイ川沿いにあるビーチにセットされてて、みんな楽しそう。
This is the main stage by the huge river. It was around 8:00 pm and people were coming around this time.
夕焼けが凄く奇麗でした。こんな景色見ながらのフェスティバルって良いですね。
It was really beautiful sunset. I feel envious a bit because they can enjoy this festival in such a nice place.
翌日は快晴。ここからは空港までの帰りのタクシーで撮った写真です。空が広いせいもあって雲がすげー立体的。
ボケーっと空を見てたら、セスナがグライダーを引っ張って飛んでました。気持ち良さそう。
運転席と助手席の間のダッシュボードにぬいぐるみが押し込まれて苦しそう。
飛行機から下ろされる自分の荷物を生まれて初めて見ました。右の黒いの。mackieのミキサーとか入ってるので『投げたらシバく』って思ってたら投げられた。防音防熱のアクリル二重窓の向こう側に文句言えなくて残念。
お伝えするのが遅れてしまいましたが先日LIVE schedules をアップさせていただきました。今回は山口県にあるYCAM という所に約１ヶ月滞在しながら、フランス人コンテンポラリーダンサーのJean-Baptiste Andreと一緒に作品を作らせていただく事になりました。その公演が１０月の頭に山口県と東京で予定されています。他にも滞在期間中にTowerRecords心斎橋店でのツジコノリコとのインストアライヴもあったり（東京でもあるかも、、）、他にもいくつかライヴをさせていただく予定です。お時間の宜しい方は是非お越し下さい。
I also updated my LIVE schedules yesterday. This time I'm going back to Japan for about 2 months and am going to stay and work together with a French contemporary dancer Jean-Baptiste Andre for about a month atYCAM in Yamaguchi prefecture. We're going to perform in Yamaguchi, Tokyo and it is not fixed yet but I think we'll perform together in Paris soon. And i also have some shows with Tujiko Noriko in Japan and UK in September and October. Please check it and please come to see our show if you have a chance.
