今回から３回に渡って、徳井君によるsonar2006レポートをsync podcastで公開していきます。その一回目が早速アップされました。今回は日本人アーティスト特集です。是非チェックしてみてくださいね。日本人頑張ってますよー！サワイ君はロッカーですよー。やっぱりこの時期のバルセロナは良いですねー。僕もしばらく行ってないから、また是非行きたい。
Hi, Nao Tokui went to sonar 2006 and he got a lot of movies from there. and here's the first part of his report. We will bring you SONAR specials in the coming three programs. We have English subtitle this time. As the first SONAR issue, we focus on Japanese musicians, especially Japanese experimental electronic musicians in SONAR. You can check Taeji's LIVE movie there. 昨日バルセロナから帰って来た徳井君から、SONARでの澤井君 のパフォーマンスが大成功だったと聞きました！やっぱり僕が思った通りです ;-) 彼が今以上に世界的な評価を得るのは時間の問題やと思いますね。楽しみ。そんな彼のインタビューの後半を、sync podcastにアップしました。インタヴューがあまりにも長くなったので(映像の最後の方はもう日が暮れ始めてる）、後半は結構ブツ切りって感じですけどね。是非チェックしてみてください。次回から数回に渡ってのsync podcastは、徳井君のSONARレポートをお送りする予定です。澤井君や、堀尾カンタ君のパフォーマンスとかパフォーマンス後のインタヴューのムービーも収録する予定です。僕も結局行けなかったので、すげー楽しみ。
Nao Tokui just came back from Barcelona and told me that Taeji Sawai's performance at SONAR was a great success! I knew it ;-) I hope he'll get more opportunities to perform in all over the world. Please check his performance if you have a chance. "incredible" is the best word to describe it.
We updated sync podcast and you can check the last half of interview with Taeji, but.. I'm sorry that we only speak in Japanese this time too.. Enjoy the sound of unknow language. it might be exciting sometimes ;-)
Anyway, we're now planning to broadcast Taeji and someother friend's performance at sonar and also some interviews of after their shows. I couldn't go ther this time, but Nao Tokui went there and got some interesting movies. I'm also looking forward to it. Please check it.

６月２１日の夏至の日は、以前このブログでもご紹介した Fete de la Musiqueっていう音楽祭みたいなイベントがフランス国内全土であるんですね。この日のパリは街中のいたる所でフリーコンサートが開かれていて、夜も１０時半まで明るいし、みんな丸一日ノリノリです。普段ちょっと気取ってるフランス人も、この日はラテンの血が炸裂してしまって我慢できなくなってる人が多くて、結構見てて楽しいです。僕もこの日に韓国人音楽家Jae-Hyung Jungのコンサートに、サポートメンバーとして参加させてもらいます。彼はピアノとヴォーカルで、Lee Jung-ranさんがチェロ、JUNOがコンピュータで、僕がリズムとエフェクト担当。今日は当日会場となるCentre Culturel Coreen : 韓国文化センターでその練習をしてきたんですけど、まだちょっと課題満載って感じです。でもきっと大丈夫、頑張ります。本番が楽しみです。明日もこのメンツで練習です。Jae-Hyungはパリの音大に通いながら音楽活動をしている音楽家で、韓国の映画音楽やその他ポップミュージックなども手がけています。かなりエモーショナルで美しい音楽を作ってます。
A Korean musician Jae-Hyung Jung asked me to join his band when he have his concert on 21st of June Fete de la Musique at Korean Cultural Centerl . and Today we had second practice at there with Him (piano and vocal), Lee Jung-ran (cello), Juno (computer) and me. I'm gonna play rhythm section and sound effects. We still need more practice before the show but it'll be OK. We'll work hard till 21st. I'm looking forward to it. We're gonna practice tomorrow too.

ご無沙汰です。先月末にパリ戻ってから２週間ほどブレイクを取って、それ以降はずっと12inchとアルバムの作業に没頭してます。結構いい感じで仕上がってきたと思ってます。早く皆さんにも聴いていただきたい。
昨日はNao Tokui君の家でsync podcastの収録。今回は日本からネット経由で澤井妙治 君に参加してもらって、彼のインタビューをメインにビデオでのpodcastにしてみました。思ったより収録が長くなってしまって、録画時間は最終的に１００分を超えてしまったので、２回ぐらいに分けてアップする予定です。澤井君の自由な感じをいい感じでお伝えできるんじゃないかと思ってます。是非チェックしてみてくださいね。

it's been a while again. I had short break for a couple of weeks after coming back from Japan, then I've been still working on my new 12inch and album now. It's almost done, and I'm really satisfied with it. I'd like you to listen to it as soon as possible, but please wait a bit more. By the way, finally we op.disc found a distributer in Europe, so this album will be the first work which is properly distributed in Europe for me. I'm really happy now. Finally.. I'll be able to stand at the same starting line as other European musicians. It was a long way to get here.. This is a kind of my debut album ;-)
Anyway, I visited Nao Tokui yesterday to shoot our podcast. This time we interviewed one of my favorite artist (he's also one of our best friends) Taeji Sawai(portable[k]ommunity) by internet. We uploaded a video interview this time, but I'm sorry that we only spoke Japanese this time again... ;-) We mainly talked about what he's gonna do at sonar for this time. We recorded too long(more than 100 minutes) so we split his interview in two. Enjoy Japanese language :-)

以前このブログでもご紹介したMasayasu Tzboguchi Trioのアルバムが6月5日にFlyrec.からリリースされました。僕も６曲目のリミックスに参加させてもらってます。是非チェックしてみてくださいね。原曲がリリースされないそうなので、原曲との変化を聴いていただけないのが残念ですが。結構気に入ってます。この場をお借りして、この機会を与えてくださったFlyrec.と坪口さんに感謝。ありがとうございました。
I've mentioned about this before on this blog, Masayasu Tzboguchi Trio released their album on Japanese label Flyrec. and I did remix on track6. Unfortunately they said they're not gonna release its original version of this song so you can't check the difference between them but.. I really like this remix. Please check it when you have a chance. I'd like to say thank you to Flyrec. and Mr.Tzboguchi who gave me a chance to do this. Thanks you very much.
